AURA seeks new Director for the Space Telescope Science Institute

The Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA) is seeking a new Director for the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI).

STScI has a world-renowned professional staff of approximately 850 people, which includes scientists, engineers, technicians, outreach specialists, administrative personnel, and other support staff. It is committed to developing and maintaining a dynamic, diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace which enables innovation as well as scientific and technical excellence.

AURA is seeking a new Director that supports these goals, and demonstrates the ability and commitment to create an organizational culture that brings together the various professions and different professional cultures of STScI into a collaborative team.
