+ 01/2007 - Steps Toward a Giant Segmented Mirror Telescope - Joint Statement Issued: Following a meeting between AURA/NOAO, the NSF, and representatives of the Thirty Meter Telescope and Giant Magellan Telescope on January 11 in Tucson, a joint statement was released establishing the new role for AURA/NOAO as a National Program Manager for GSMT. We welcome this new mission and will work to make this a success.
