| On January 16 and 17, 2001, AURA paid a special tribute to Claudio Anguita who passed away on March 3, 2000. On January 16 at the University of Chile in Santiago, AURA presented the Anguita family with a resolution passed by the AURA Board of Directors. On January 17, AURA formally signed an agreement with Fundacion Andes to put in place the Claudio Anguita Fellowship Program. |
