Following are the results of the AURA Elections, which took place at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Member Representatives and Board of Directors Meeting:
Elected as Chair of the AURA Board for a one-year term effective July 1, 2012 was Dan Clemens, MR.
Elected to the Board of Directors by the Member Representatives for a three-year term effective July 1, 2012 were:

Mark Phillips
In addition, the MRs elected the following to the Board for a one-year term effective July 1, 2012 as Chair of their Management Council:

Elected to the 2013 Nominating Committee by the Member Representatives were:

The Board of Directors elected the following individuals to the management councils for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2012. The Board endorsed the recommendations of the Member Representatives, while adhering to the election requirements set forth by the AURA by-laws.
