| Following are the results of the AURA Elections, which took place at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Member Representatives and Board of Directors Meeting: |
| Elected to the Board of Directors by the Member Representatives for a three-year term effective July 1, 2009 were: Bruce Carney John Peoples Mark Phillips Robert Shelton |
| In addition, the MRs elected the following to the Board for a one-year term effective July 1, 2009 as Chair of their Management Council: Fred Chaffee, AOC-G Jeffrey Kuhn, SOC Daniel Larson, STIC Paula Szkody, OC |
| Elected to the 2010 Nominating Committee by the Member Representatives were: Tom Ayres Fred Chaffee Anita Cochran, Chair Andrea Dupree Mark Morris |
| The Board of Directors elected the following individuals to the management councils for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2009. In all cases, the Board endorsed the recommendation of the Member Representatives. |
