On March 3, AURA President announced the appointment of Dick Malow as Head of Mission for AURA's Observatories in Chile effective April 1. He will replace Malcolm Smith who has served AURA as Head of Mission for more than 13 years. Malow will undertake this assignment on a temporary basis pending the appointment of a permanent AURA-O Director.
